Mei-Ling Blank

Kia ora koutou, ko Mei-Ling Blank ahau.

I am based in Ōtepoti and work as a research fellow in Te Tari Hauora Tūmatanui at Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka. I have led and contributed to studies investigating drug safety and utilisation, alcohol use, smoking and vaping, sun safety, and spiritual care.

I have experience in a range of research methods, including epidemiology; survey design, implementation, and analysis; qualitative methods, including longitudinal interviewing and the development and piloting of novel elicitation techniques; ecological momentary assessment using mobile technology; and mixed methods designs.
